About Science of Our Wellness
Science of Our Wellness was created to bridge the gap between real research and everyday life.
In a world full of wellness noise, our mission is simple: connect the community with trusted practitioners and evidence-based conversations that help people understand their bodies, their choices, and their health journey with clarity and confidence.
Through podcast interviews and our upcoming practitioner/coach magazine, we highlight professionals who are doing meaningful, ethical, and science-informed work in holistic health.
From nutrition and movement to mental wellness, sleep science, mineral balance, inflammation research, and lifestyle medicine — we explore the full picture of what it means to truly care for our wellness.

About the Founder
Science of Our Wellness was founded by Tanya Ceballos, MS in Holistic Nutrition, community organizer, and podcast host.
After years of studying nutrition science and seeing how confusing the wellness world can be, Tanya created Science of Our Wellness to offer conversations that are thoughtful, grounded in research, and practical for real life.
Her goal is not to replace medical care, but to create a space where practitioners and coaches can share their knowledge, where listeners can learn, and where trusted connections can grow.
Today, Science of Our Wellness is growing into a podcast, practitioner/coach magazine, and collaborative platform designed to spotlight professionals who care deeply about their craft and their community.
If you are a practitioner or wellness expert who wants to share your work, we invite you to apply to be a guest on the podcast or be featured in our magazine.
Together, we can bring clarity, compassion, and science back into wellness.
